Teaching Assistant - Level 3

Do you enjoying working with children who are at the beginning of their learning journey?

The Headteacher and Governing Body of All Hallows CE Primary are looking to recruit a dedicated and energetic teaching assistant with a Level 3 professionally recognised qualification, or equivalent, to join our experienced and friendly team. We are looking for a teaching assistant to work initially with in our Reception class (Foundation 2), with some timetabled 1:1 and small group SEN support throughout school. This is a full time, permanent post.

As a Teaching Assistant working in our school it's essential that you have:• A positive, caring and energetic 'can-do' attitude• Experience of working successfully with children, ideally with complex special needs• Be highly motivated in caring for vulnerable children• The ability to give feedback and support in order for children to make progress in their learning• A genuine interest in aiding children's development• A knowledge of the Foundation Stage curriculum• Have a high level of competency in English and Maths• An understanding of how to safeguard children
