Hourly Care Assistant

We offer:

  • Guaranteed pay contract - consistent pay for an agreed minimum amount of hours every month (up to 25 hours a week)
  • This work is covering our live in carer breaks so you will have the opportunity to do a minimum of 3 hour shifts or our long day break of 8 hours. You can earn well with less travel and will rarely be travelling or working during unsociable hours
  • Excellent pay rate of £13 per hour during the week
  • Increased rates of £15 per hour at weekends
  • Paid mileage between calls at 45p a mile

The people we are looking for:

  • Paid previous experience as a Care Assistant, Domiciliary Carer, Support Worker, Personal Healthcare Assistant or Care Worker
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to use technology
  • A drivers licence is essential for this position
  • You will need business insurance in order to drive your client to appointments and outings
  • Good professional and personal references
  • A clean DBS
  • Due to increased demand, we are currently only accepting applications from vaccinated or exempt carers
