Make a difference as a Credit Controller
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for debt recovery and a passion for delivering excellent customer service? We are looking for a Credit Controller to play a key role in managing and collecting overdue client debt for our UK School Groups.
In this role, you will:
- Ensure the efficient identification and collection of outstanding debts.
- Maintain strong relationships while promoting a positive customer experience.
- Escalate non-payments and provide recommendations for recovery.
If you have a proactive approach, great communication skills, and a drive to maintain financial stability, we'd love to hear from you!
Is this you?
- Previous experience in a credit control environment
- Experience of and interest in systems and processes
