Make a difference as a Lead Activity Technician
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you'll ensure a safe environment and compliant equipment for colleagues to deliver high quality and fun outdoor activity experiences. From ziplining and abseiling to kayaking and archery, you'll have all the technical know-how on best practice, base & equipment standards, maintenance requirements and safety procedures. You will keep up to date and informed on the latest safety standards and 'how to do' procedures on our activities. You'll also ensure regular inspections and monitoring of the equipment is carried out safely and to a high standard, identifying maintenance requirements or providing advice, training and support to the Activity team to allow them to lead consistently safe and enjoyable sessions.

We're looking for someone with strong knowledge of a variety of outdoor (land, ropes or water) activities and equipment, and who has experience delivering high-quality guest experiences. Your passion and expertise will motivate and inspire others to keep safety at the forefront of each and every activity session.
