Pharmacierge

Job Description

Pharmacierge

Pharmacierge is a leading UK medtech company, designed and backed by independent clinicians. It combines e-prescribing apps with seamless delivery of private prescription medication . It has raised investment of over £4m led by Zoopla founder Alex Chesterman OBE, Lovefilm co-founder Simon Franks, and 85 leading clinicians.

Co-founded by ex-Google, medtech and serial healthcare entrepreneurs, Pharmacierge has established itself as the trusted partner to over 4,500 private medical practitioners and continues to grow its user base nationally.

In this role, you will be responsible for fostering and deepening relationships with partner clinicians and clinics, ensuring their continued use of our service. This role involves close collaboration with the marketing, onboarding, sales, dispensary and Ops teams to ensure a seamless transition for new clients and to continuously improve sales strategies based on user feedback.

mPrescribe® - Pharmacierge's iPhone and Android app - is the first of its kind in the UK; a portable e-prescription pad that allows clinicians to prescribe medication on-the-go. Its seamless infrastructure is built on proprietary full-stack technology, combining Electronic Prescription (EPS) and dispensary management (ERP) systems, with multiple APIs to handle the compliance and complexity of this tightly regulated industry. Sharing ownership with its dedicated team and leading private clinicians, Pharmacierge models its culture on the can-do, tech-enabled and empathetic approach pioneered by its founders
