Night Care Team Manager - Weekdays and alternate weekends required

Quantum Care is a not for profit company providing high quality care services for over 2000 older people in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex. We are looking to recruit the right people to join us and provide the best possible care to our residents, offering support, maintaining dignity and assisting them to enjoy every day living in our Homes.

As a Night Care Team Manager you will be responsible for:

• You will be leading a small care team.
• You will maximise the quality of life for all our residents and maintain the day-to-day efficiency of the home.

Your Skills:

• Desirable to hold a Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent.
• Essential to hold a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or other professional qualification in the caring field.
• Essential to have practical experience of working with older people or another adult client group.
• Attention to detail and good team skills are essential.
