As an Application Support Analyst you'll be responsible for managing a number of applications through their entire lifecycle to ensure application performance, reliability & continued improvement.

What to expect..

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of applications ensuring they are aligned with business needs and operational requirements.
  • Support change projects by providing expertise and input related to the applications domain.
  • Assist in the planning, testing and implementing changes to application.
  • Work with application providers to support the incident management process, identify root causes and implement corrective actions in line with SLA's.
  • Conduct regular maintenance activities and ensure applications are up to date and comply with standards.
  • Monitor performance and availability, identifying and addressing issues proactively.
  • Generate reports & maintain comprehensive documentations.

What we're looking for..

  • Proven experience as an applications analyst or similar role.
  • Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) or similar frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and maintenance practices.
  • Experience supporting change projects and managing application-related incidents.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong organisation skills and high attention to detail.
