As an Apprentice Price Administrator, you'll play a key role in maintaining pricing and promotion data to support decision making and maximise the full margin potential of stores and product.

We are offering a two-year Fixed Term Contract and the chance to gain a recognised apprenticeship in Business Administration while working in a busy head office environment.

What to expect..

  • Ensure systems and databases are accurate, up to date and changes are made on time.
  • Prepare reports, data and basic analysis.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to resolve pricing and promotional issues.
  • Monitor and respond to price and promotion information from Federal Retail Trading Services (FRTS) and the Co-op Group.
  • Maintain master records for strategic pricing for Southern Coop and Franchise partners.
  • Use online analytics to monitor market activity and Southern Coop's price position.
  • Collaborate with the Trading & Merchandise team to align activities, like price reviews during range reviews.

What we're looking for..

  • Previous administrative experience is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a retail is a plus.
  • Experience using Excel and comfortable navigating IT systems.
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Creative and able to multitask.
