As our End of life services Trainer you'll be supporting the delivery of individual and group training/assessment sessions across our End of life services sites to ensure all colleagues are working in accordance with policies & procedures to deliver the best end of life care, support and experience.

This role will involve travel to our sites across the south.

What to expect

  • Support and deliver engaging virtual and classroom-based training sessions to all End of life services colleagues.
  • Facilitate new starter training.
  • Carry out regular colleague assessments of key skills to ensure a consistent high standard.
  • Provide training support where a skills gap has been identified.
  • Support and engage with the Academy design team to enhance and develop training courses.
  • Maintain standards in line with KPI's, policies, legislation and industry compliance.
  • Spend time working within the End of life services operations.

What we're looking for..

  • IT literate and a competent user of MS Office.
  • Great communication skills with the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
  • Organised with strong attention to detail.
  • High level of understanding, empathy, and compassion.
  • Confident in delivering training in group settings or on a one-to-one basis.
  • Hold a full UK driving license required (access to your own vehicle).

Training..

  • Previous experience within the funeral industry is not required as we'll provide full training.
  • Travel to other sites will be required.
