What the Job Involves

As a Social Worker in the Vale of Glamorgan, you will manage a mixed caseload involving children on the Child Protection Register, those requiring Care and Support, and those in Care Proceedings. You will be working as part of our expanded service, aimed at building resilience and stability within our Family Support Teams. You will enjoy excellent support, manageable workloads, and be part of an authority committed to your wellbeing and professional development.
