Your responsibilities include managing inbound calls regarding Council Services, specifically Council Tax. You will assist residents in understanding their tax bills, setting up payment plans, and managing accounts. Additional tasks involve resolving disputes, setting up payment options, ensuring compliance with council policies, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Skills

  • Experience with CTAX billing and recovery enquiries
  • Proficiency in using Revenue systems like NEC Northgate
  • Current BPSS certification for the duration of the placement
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with care
  • Exceptional customer service skills
