Who You Are

We're looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist with a minimum of two years of post-qualification experience. You should possess a professional qualification in Occupational Therapy and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. A valid full UK driver's license is required for home and hospital visits. You should be passionate about providing high-quality, client-centric services, self-motivated, well-organized, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What the Job Involves

As an Experienced Occupational Therapist in our Reablement team, you will conduct strengths-based assessments, working collaboratively with clients and their families to design and implement creative reablement plans. Your role involves managing a complex caseload, providing professional supervision, and supporting Occupational Therapists and Customer Coordinators. You will work within a legal framework to promote well-being, independence, and minimize the need for long-term care. Additionally, you will undertake comprehensive occupational therapy assessments, risk management, and conduct evaluations to prioritize client and service needs.

Skills

• Professional qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Registered with HCPC
• Experience in Occupational Therapy (minimum 2 years post-qualification)
