We are seeking a dedicated Family Support Worker with experience working with children, young people, and their families. You should be committed to enhancing parenting capacity and improving life chances for children and young people. The role requires a self-motivated, well-organized individual who can work both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility and the ability to adapt are key, along with a full valid driving license and sole use of a vehicle.

What the Job Involves

This role involves joining our Interventions Hub and Support for Families Team, essential in ensuring families receive appropriate help when needed. You will contribute to developing early intervention and prevention services, providing a range of support to prevent family breakdown. Your responsibilities include delivering services that empower and build the capacity of parents with children identified as in need, enhancing and promoting their child's health and development.
