What the Job Involves

This role involves performing diverse plastering tasks including repairs, maintenance, and renovations across a range of properties managed by Derby Homes. You'll carry out both internal and external plaster works, install and repair ceramic tiles and flooring, and maintain optimal stock levels in your vehicle for service efficiency. Responsibilities also include accurate documentation, complying with health and safety regulations, participating in trainings, and contributing to a customer-focused service delivery.
