What the Job Involves

This role involves the business administration and data processing of adult social care requests. You will be part of a multi-skilled team, delivering effective and consistent customer service across various platforms: over the phone, online, and in person. The job requires managing complex and sensitive emails with professionalism and timeliness. You will enjoy a flexible hybrid working arrangement, including a minimum of 2 days in the Civic offices after training.
