Who You Are

You are a dedicated and experienced social worker passionate about providing long-term support to children under various plans including Child in Need, Child Protection, and Children We Look After. You are ready to take on an average caseload of 20-22 children, working collaboratively with the Assessment Team 4 to ensure comprehensive care and support.

What the Job Involves

The role involves managing a caseload of children subject to different care plans such as Child in Need, Child Protection, and Children We Look After. You will be responsible for cases that fall under pre-proceedings, private proceedings, and care proceedings. Your primary objective is to provide comprehensive, long-term support aimed at safeguarding and improving the welfare of children in your care, while working as part of Assessment Team 4 to cover for a departing team member, adding essential capacity to the team.
