What the job involves

The role involves supporting children and young people who have been assigned to remain in the care of the Local Authority in Plymouth. As part of the Plymouth Permanency Service, you will ensure that these individuals are well-supported throughout their childhood and as they transition to young adults. Your responsibilities include being an ambitious corporate parent dedicated to making a positive impact in their lives.
