Job Description
You are a compassionate and empathetic individual who holds a degree in Social Work or a recognized equivalent qualification. You are registered with Social Work England, and possess a valid full driving licence. With experience in social work intervention planning, risk enablement, and safeguarding inquiries, you excel in analysing and interpreting data to prioritize needs. You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, providing guidance and mentoring to less experienced practitioners. Additionally, you are proficient in IT to ensure accurate record-keeping and respect for confidentiality. Based at Worthing Hospital with flexible working arrangements, this role requires you to deliver a high standard of statutory social work service. You will assess individuals both in hospital and post-discharge, implementing effective care plans to support their independence. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with various professionals and community resources, providing leadership and contributing to safeguarding. The position offers up to £38 per hour or £35 per hour with expenses, based on qualifications and experience. Your office presence is required three days a week with two remote workdays.Who You Are
