About the roleWe have a new opportunity for an experiencedCleaner tojoin our Estates Team in Derbyshire on a permanent basis. This is a part-time role working 10 hours per week across 5 days Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am-10am.

As a Cleaner you will report into the Estate manager and be responsible for providing cleaning services at South Normanton. You will be joining a small team to help provide an efficient cleaning service, ensuring that our buildings and facilities are cleaned to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and tidy all estate/scheme areas and report any minor repairs as appropriate.
  • Provide a thorough cleaning service to all communal areas daily.
  • Maintain an adequate supply of cleaning and associated materials, ensuring they are always stored safely and securely.
  • Work in a safe manner in line with agreed procedures.
  • Achieve agreed personal, team and corporate objectives including providing support for fellow team members and other colleagues.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Proven experience of cleaning to excellent standards.
  • Proven experience of operating cleaning equipment, including electrical items such as vacuum cleaners.

Desirable skills and experience:

  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety requirements.

Work Schedule:

  • Working days: Monday to Friday.
  • Working hours: 8am - 10am.
  • 10 hours per week, part time.
  • Based on site in South Normanton.

You will be paid monthly for this role. The annual salary is £6,360.29 per annum (FTE £22,261 per annum).
