Clearance and Cleaning Operative

We have a new opportunity for an Empty Homes Clearance and Clearing Operative to ensure our properties are maintained to a high standard for re-let purposes, ensuring that a customer-focused service is delivered. This is a full-time, permanent role covering the Gloucester Area.

What we're looking for:

• Clean and clearance of empty homes covering both property and garden
• Basic ground maintenance
• Deal with damp and mould treatments in occupied properties
• Working to assist the re-let of properties
• Work in a customer focused environment within agreed performance targets
• Ability to carry out physical tasks and lift weights in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines
