About the roleWe have a new opportunity for a Health and Safety Administrator to join our Asset Management team on a full-time permanent basis working 35 hours per week. Hybrid working the role will require three days working from site at either our Oldham, Havant, or Bristol office. You will provide a comprehensive administrative support service to the Guinness Health & Safety team, and Health & Safety system support to the wider business. Reporting into the Health & Safety Manager you will support the team by providing an efficient and prompt administrative service to support internal processes to ensure the smooth running of programmes of work.What we're looking forWe are a customer-focussed organisation, so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You will be an experienced Administrator, with excellent attention to detail and great customer service skills, some knowledge of health and safety would be advantageous. You will also be able to demonstrate the below essential skills and experience:
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise between conflicting demands and to meet deadlines of the team and business.
- Good written and oral communications and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate, competent with Microsoft packages and highly skilled in Excel.
- Previous administrative experience of a data management system, and experience of social housing is advantageous.
- Understanding and application of UK General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and best practice.
- Will uphold the Guinness Behaviours.
- Previous experience of Evotix is highly desirable.
