Job Description

The Role:

Join our team at a busy Aftersales Centre, where you'll be fully trained in all aspects of the service reception. As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service. You'll assist customers who require vehicle servicing, MOTs, or repairs. You'll also manage bookings, liaise with the service team, and act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their vehicle's repair process.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting customers upon arrival
  • Handling telephone bookings and inquiries
  • Managing administrative tasks
  • Providing support to the service team

We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, with excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.

Requirements:

  • Strong IT literacy and the ability to quickly learn in-house systems ( CDK, previously Kerridge)
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-oriented
  • Professional appearance, as you'll be the first point of contact for customers
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential

This role is ideal for someone with customer service experience who has an interest in sales and is looking to start or advance their career in the automotive industry. Full training and clear career progression will be provided.

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (required)

Work authorisation:

  • United Kingdom (required)

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break)
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (on a 1 in 3 rota basis)
