Are you an Operational Change expert who can deliver a seamless ePOS transformation? Can you drive innovation and change across our head office teams? Do you have experience training the system you have implemented? If so, our Change & Implementation - ePOS position might be the perfect fit for you!

What's it all about?

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing the Change and Implementation of our key transformational ePOS replacement programme across various Central Teams, including Finance, Product, Digital, IT, and People functions. You will collaborate closely with the programme team, operations, and other departments to guide the governance, strategy, and execution of the change programme, utilising change management methodologies and lessons learned.

You will lead the change programme and governance efforts, develop the operating model to maximize the solution's capabilities, and implement organisational change through the application of 'best in class' project and change management practices.

Additionally, you will monitor progress, implement visual management techniques, effectively engage stakeholders, and continuously assess and refine the approach and standardised processes.

Who will this appeal to?

You will be a passionate and seasoned Change & Implementation/Operational Project Manager professional with experience in a similar head office role. Alongside this, you will have strong experience training various departments with the new implemented system. You will have experience facilitating groups, leading and managing projects and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.

You will be a strong communicator with a can-do attitude to affect positive change and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability and strategic thinking with an analytical mindset and experience in using data to drive decisions and improvements.
