Role 1: this will be a 6 month contract- full time hours

Role 2: this will be a permanent role- full time hours.

What's it all about?

The Group Sales Administrator role is focused on providing administrative support to the Group Sales team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. The main objective is to ensure that all group bookings are managed and processed efficiently and accurately, meeting customer needs and the team's productivity targets.

You will be responsible for updating bookings in the OPERA booking management system and CRM, liaising with customers to receive and enter rooming lists, and ensuring all bookings are up-to-date ahead of the guests' stay. You'll also conduct quality checks to maintain the agreed accuracy and productivity standards.
