What's it all about?

At Travelodge, Sleepy Hollow, we pride ourselves on being the better base for our operations based colleagues. With this in mind we are looking for a strong Business Analyst who will be reporting to the ePOS Replacement Programme Lead and will be responsible for supporting a significant programme of business change working as part of a wider team delivering the business transformation of the Travelodge F&B operation.

You will be responsible for leading the creation of business process documentation in preparation for the introduction of a new EPOS platform spanning many areas to include but not limited to; Product Management, Data & Reporting, Health & Safety, Audit, Training, front & back of house and inventory management.

In addition, you will lead the creation & maintenance of business process documentation from standard operating procedures, through process flows, user journeys, future roadmapping, enhancement opportunities to user testing scripts. You will need to understand all users' use of the platforms and document accordingly, conduct work shadowing to translate into formal processes, prepare and present these back to the key stakeholders across varying levels of the business and facilitate workshops to support end to end business process creation.

Who will this appeal to?

You will be a passionate and seasoned Business Analyst with experience in supporting IT programme teams with system configuration. You will be eager to learn the Travelodge F&B business to identify end to end user journeys, synergies and system / data touchpoints.

You will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Be able to work independently and identify opportunities to improve and proactively suggest solutions.

You will have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability and strategic thinking with an analytical mindset and be open to occasional unsociable hours of work to fully understand hotel operations (e.g breakfast / evening meal service / stocktaking procedures).
