What's it all about?
As a Food and Beverage (F&B) product manager you'll be part of our centrally based Product & Proposition team, supporting over 200 internal restaurants and 380 locations delivering snack vending and breakfast to go to. Responsible for managing, evolving and optimising our existing F&B propositions, and developing new customer products and/or propositions aligned to Travelodge's strategic objectives that; are grounded in customer insight, ensure the long-term sustainability of the brand, are commercially and operationally viable as well as drive commercial performance.
You will both lead and support F&B project development, delivery and implementation, through management of relevant cross-functional teams and timely engagement/approval of multiple stakeholders (external and internal). You will also be responsible for post-project performance, analysis and future recommendations.
You'll help develop and sustain a culture of innovation and change within a fast paced and dynamic environment, challenging the status quo, identifying new opportunities, contributing to the F&B agenda and planning process and delivering the best experience for the Travelodge guest.

Who will this appeal to?
You will be passionate about product management, hold a marketing degree and have extensive experience in hotels, hospitality, restaurants, pub groups of travel. You will have a high level of practical F&B product/proposition marketing skills with demonstrated strength in F&B menu development, ability to interpret and present customer, commercial and market data into valuable insights and effectively lead, engage and influence across internal functions and operations.
You will be innovative and a strong, confident, communicator. You will have a can-do attitude to affect positive change and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability and strategic thinking with an analytical mindset and experience in using data to drive decisions and improvements.
