What's it all about?

As our IT EUC Technical Lead you will act as a technical and thought leader in the EUC team, identifying opportunities to improve the EUC service at all times. You will proactively review the use of EUC tools and technologies to ensure they remain fit-for-purpose, and proactively identify and then implement opportunities for improvement.

You will own and maintain EUC tools including (but not limited to) the MDM platform, VOIP platform, and the Google Meet video conferencing ecosystem. Improve the use and effectiveness of each platform on a Continuous Service Improvement basis. Alongside this, you will Partner with the IT Information Security team to ensure any emerging threats are responded to.

Who will this appeal to?

You have extensive experience as a highly experienced EUC / desktop technology owner having held roles where you directly influence the way end user technology is chosen, implemented, maintained and supported. You will have significant hands-on experience of EUC equipment and technologies including Microsoft Windows and Office, Google Workspace, Apple MacOS, iOS and iPadOS.

As well as strong technical skills you will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with an inherent ability to effectively communicate with and influence others up to a senior level and must be a team player who is capable of both project and operational thinking.
