What's it all about?
As a Product Manager you will drive the strategy, development, and sales & margin optimization of our hotels ancillary products and services. This role is crucial in maximizing revenue opportunities beyond core product offerings, enhancing customer experience, and supporting the overall business goals.
You will have P&L accountability for Travelodge's ancillary sales (excluding F&B), and be responsible for ensuring budget delivery through optimisation of existing and identification of new opportunities. You will lead project development, delivery and implementation through management of cross functional teams (internal and external) and engagement of key stakeholders.

Who will this appeal to?
You will be a seasoned Product Manager with a strong background in product and category management, excellent analytical skills, and demonstrable experience of identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
You will be a strong relationship builder, acting as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and presenting product updates, performance and insights to senior leadership.
You will be a strong communicator with a can-do attitude to affect positive change and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability and strategic thinking with strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
