Job Description

Find where you belong!

Are you ready to lead a transformational project with a real impact on the hospitality industry? Join us at Travelodge as our Refit Product Manager and play a crucial role in reshaping the future of our hotels and bar cafes nationwide.

Since restarting our refit program in 2022, we've completed over 270 hotel and bar refits, covering 22,700 rooms and 102 bar cafes. Now, we're accelerating with a bold target: to refresh every remaining hotel by 2026, requiring 130 refits per year—more than double our previous rate!

What You'll Do:

As our Refit Product Manager, you'll collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to bring to life our brand's refreshed design vision. From managing project timelines to ensuring our brand standards are met across each unique location, your expertise in planning, relationship building, and attention to detail will be essential. You'll also lead on-site meetings, oversee budget management, and support our Property and Product teams in developing innovative concepts for our new "Bar 85" cafe style.

Why Join Us?

Be part of an exciting period of growth and transformation at Travelodge! Not only will you shape our refreshed look and feel, but you'll work with a talented, supportive team that shares your passion for innovation. Plus, we offer great benefits, from travel expenses to training opportunities, and the chance to build a long-term career with us.

Who You Are?

We're looking for someone with experience in hospitality or F&B refits, who can bring a customer-focused approach to project management. If you're skilled in managing refits or refurbishments and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this is your chance to make a big impact. Strong relationship-building skills are key, along with a proactive, can-do mindset.
