Since restarting our refit program in 2022, we've completed over 270 hotel and bar refits, covering 22,700 rooms and 102 bar cafes. Now, we're accelerating with a bold target: to refresh every remaining hotel by 2026, requiring 130 refits per year—more than double our previous rate!

Who You Are?
What are the extra bits?
- 37.5 hours per week
- Up to £60,000 per annum depending on experience plus
- This is a field based role with 3 days out in our refit hotels and two days working from home with the ability to come to our support office in Thame if needed
- This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract
