Part of the resourcing team providing end to end direct recruitment support to our Hotel Managers and Area Operations Managers. The role will manage vacancies from brief to offer, including candidate attraction, screening and telephone interviews, using direct recruitment methods and working to agreed time to hire KPIs. The Resourcing Advisor will also assist managers throughout the business with recruitment tools and advice.
What's it all about?
- Use our standard recruitment process to recruit Hotel management vacancies across Travelodge operations.
- Follow the end to end recruitment process, including advertising, screening and ensuring systems are kept up to date.
- Conduct appropriate methods of screening and sourcing, including CV sifting, telephone interviewing and CV database searches.
- Use additional job boards and channels to recruit in hard to fill areas.
- Ensure Systems and Data are up to date to allow for accurate reporting.
- Coordinate, and facilitate, assessment days on site and remotely across our large markets ensuring that all candidates have a great experience.
- Manage the feedback process to candidates for appropriate roles.
- Provision of a recruitment advisory service, including the use and interpretation of a toolkit that suits the specific needs of our stakeholders.
- Maintain quality administration including vacancy postings and provision of reporting and dashboard information for vacancies.
- Produce reports on a weekly basis for senior stakeholders
- Manage vacancies and administration using the recruitment system.
- Build effective relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders and suppliers.
- Deliver our scope of services and honour service level agreements, meeting agreed targets and therefore delivering an excellent hiring manager and candidate experience
Who will this appeal to?
Working in this fast paced environment, you will need good time management, planning and organisational skills to drive results and work to exceed targets for yourself and your team. We are all about people, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, along with the ability to work as part of a team and interact with people at all levels. Discretion and confidentiality is a must. A large amount of our reporting is through Google sheets so basic analytical skills and competency of using the same or similar systems is beneficial. Any recruiting or telephone interview experience, previous HR experience and knowledge of ATS systems would be advantageous.
