Find where you belong!
We're looking for a Reward Data Analyst to help drive the success of our variable pay schemes and bonus programs. If you're passionate about data and love working with others to create positive change, this could be the role for you!
What's it all about?
As a Reward Data Analyst, you'll play a central role in managing and analysing reward-related data to ensure the success of our variable pay schemes, enabling our hourly paid colleagues to earn more. You will analyse, provide insights, and collaborate with various departments to ensure the effectiveness of reward and variable pay schemes. You'll also oversee the administration of quarterly and annual bonus schemes for salaried colleagues, providing valuable insights to improve our reward initiatives.
Why Travelodge?
We believe in creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can be their true self and belong. We work hard to improve the diversity of our teams and celebrate our differences. And we care about our colleagues' wellbeing, so we ensure there are plenty of resources available so everyone can look after their emotional, physical, financial and work wellbeing. We call this "Better Me".
Who will this appeal to?
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data to uncover insights and create meaningful solutions. Whether you've worked as a Data Analyst or in a similar role or have experience in Finance or Payroll—you'll bring your analytical skills and fresh perspective to Travelodge.
With advanced spreadsheet skills (we use Google Sheets, but any expertise is welcome), you'll confidently identify trends and present insights in a way that resonates with all audiences, regardless of technical background.
We value detail-oriented problem-solvers who are open to learning and thrive as part of a supportive team. If you're ready to make an impact, we're excited to hear from you.

- 50% personal discount for hotel bookings and great friends and family discounts too
- Contributory pension scheme
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing with length of service
