As a Skills Trainer, you'll play a vital role in developing the knowledge, skills, and confidence of our colleagues across our hotels and bar cafes, ensuring they deliver outstanding customer service every time.

In this nationwide role, you'll design, deliver, and review engaging training programs that cover front-of-house and back-of-house operations. From customer service and product knowledge to technical skills and compliance, you'll provide the tools and inspiration our teams need to excel. The role requires a hands-on approach, engaging with teams on-site and virtually to provide training and coaching that drives both individual and team performance. It also involves equipping managers with the skills and tools to lead their teams effectively and ensure consistent operational excellence.

In this role you'll work closely with colleagues to identify training needs, respond to queries, and continuously improve learning initiatives. Using insights from tools like mystery customer data, you'll develop targeted materials that address specific challenges and elevate performance.

What are the extra benefits of working for Travelodge?

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • £36,000 per annum depending on experience
  • 9 month Fixed Term Contract
  • Hybrid working- 3 days working/delivering in hotels, 2 days working from home, but this will depend on business needs.
