About the job

This is an active role working in busy kitchen environments, and you will be required to lift, move and handle large equipment at times and stand for long periods.

As an essential member of the Catering Team, you will monitor all schools catering services and attend all necessary training and meetings to remain up to date with relevant legislation and the organisation's policies and procedures.

If you have exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to build good working relationships, we would like to hear from you!

We would love to hear from you if you have

  • Minimum Level 2 Food Safety, ideally Level 3 Food Safety trained.

  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills to understand detailed written instructions and to review financial invoices and other documents.
  • The ability to organise and prioritise work and coordinate a variety of tasks in a clear and logical way, to meet agreed deadlines.
  • The ability to be able to input audit data into Microsoft Excel reports, and be able to use Microsoft Word, and e-mail to prepare reports and to communicate.
