About WSAPC West Sussex Alternative Provision College (WSAPC) is an educational establishment based across the county on seven separate sites, providing education for pupils whom are permanently excluded, at risk of exclusion or too ill to attend school. What we are looking for: We are seeking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work with our primary pupils. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing outstanding provision for young people who may present with challenging behaviour. You will possess a good understanding of pupils with complex needs and display the confidence needed to work with pupils who experience social, emotional and mental health challenges.
