Job Description

The Governors and Senior Leadership team are seeking to appoint a professional, enthusiastic and caring individual to work with specific children with behaviour and learning difficulties; providing them with the support to develop their social and physical skills and progress their learning to the best of their ability. This role is not based in one classroom; it is designed to work across the school working with specific children or with small groups of children along with whole classes under the direction of the SENCO. The ideal candidate will therefore be able to work independently, as part of a team and also be flexible and highly organised to enable them to support children across the whole school.
