Arundel Church of England Primary School is looking for a dedicated Premises Officer to join our team and ensure our school remains a top-notch facility for our pupils, staff, and community.We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified Premises Officer to join our staff team.The ideal candidate will:Be enthusiastic, hardworking, flexible, conscientious and committed, with a passion for working in a school.Be highly organised and motivated in ensuring the maintenance of attractive and safe working environments for learners and colleagues.Be a flexible team member with the ability to project manage and liaise with contractors.Ensure compliance of all relevant Health and Safety rules, regulations and legislationBe able to organise and carry out various maintenance duties to ensure that the general upkeep and maintenance of the premises is to a very high standard. Ensure the responsible operation, care and maintenance of all equipment/tools associated with caretaking, D.I.Y. and maintenance work/cleaning, so that proper safety standards/requirements are applied.Be committed to ensuring effective security of the school building and premises.Be able to respond to out of hours situations and emergencies.
