The Opportunity
Salary: £53,350 to £57,005per annum
Working Pattern: Full time, 37 hours per week
Location: Bognor Regis Fire Station and working from home (Hybrid)

As the Prevention Manager, you will assist and support the Head of Prevention in managing the resources within the Team to effectively achieve the aims and objectives of the Service.
You will be responsible for the implementation of the Prevention Team's service plan, which incorporates national standards and the delivery of the Community Risk Management Plan (CRMP). You will oversee activities including schools education, initiatives with young people, arson awareness and community fire and road safety according to the needs of the Service.
What are we looking for?
Aside from having significant management and leadership experience you will have:
- A proven record of success in managing the delivery of a community safety function.
- Experience of delivering and evaluating programmes that reduces the risk of harm to specific individuals and groups safe as reflected in the Fire & Rescue Service's CRMP.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills and the ability to deal credibly and sensitively with our customers, senior managers and executives.
