| Job Role: Senior Key CarerSalary: Grade 6 26,409 - 27,711 (pay award pending)Hours of work: 27 hours per week (with additional hours as Bank staff if needed) Boundstone Nursery School is seeking to appoint a compassionate and committed Senior Key Carer to join our Outstanding team. We are a large, Maintained Nursery School which supports children and their families within the community of Lancing. As part of provision, we have a Special Support Centre which supports children with severe Speech and Language disorders. . Our strengths lie in knowing each child as an individual, using daily observations, assessment and professional knowledge to inform teaching practice and working closely as a supportive and happy team. We have a successful track record of supporting and developing staff to make sure they gain the skills and experience necessary to enable our young children to achieve great things. We are looking for a Senior Key Carer who has high expectations and lots of energy! You will need to be excited by teaching and learning in the Early Years; an understanding of Best Practice and be able to positively support our amazing children.
