Teaching Assistant - Burgess Hill CentrePay - NJC Grade 6 (actual pay 20,074 - 21,063)Hours - Monday to Friday 8:30 am-3:30 pm, term time only What we are looking for: Teaching Assistants play a crucial role in the classroom. We are seeking an individual who can support our teachers and motivate and encourage our pupils. Do you want to work with young people? Can you make a difference to pupils who need extra help and support with their learning? Do you want to join a friendly and committed team to working with young people who may present with challenging behaviours. We are looking for someone with enthusiasm, commitment and a positive approach and attitude.
