Salary: £26,409 pro rata, per annum (actual salary £11,964 per annum).
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 20 hours per week, 7.45am - 8.45am plus 3.00pm to 6.00pm, Mondays to Fridays, working 38 weeks per year (term time, excluding TD days).

All about the role:
Pickwick Academy Trust would like to recruit two permanent, part-time Before and After School Club Play Leaders, based at Corsham Primary School (one at our Pound Pill site and one at Broadwood site)
Start date: 3rd February 2025
We would like to recruit two permanent After School Club Leaders to manage the day to day running of the Before and After School Provision providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment for all children who access the provision. To plan and organise a range of stimulating activities suitable for Primary age children, considering the children's interests.
Duties will include:
- To lead the day to day management of the before and after school provision.
- To provide line management to a team of play leaders, directing their work, supervising their activities and inducting new staff members.
- To work with play leaders to provide care, as well as play opportunities and activities in a safe, caring and stimulating environment, with regard to the individual developmental needs of the children.
- To implement and regularly review all policies and procedures for the before and after school provision.
- To maintain all records relating to the before and after school provision in accordance with data protection and freedom of information legislation/regulations.
- To liaise with the school team to administer bookings and organise the collection of fees, ensuring that any monetary transactions are handled and documented as directed by the School's Business Manager.
- To maintain records of staff attendance and manage staff absence and lateness.
