Parent Support Worker

Salary: Grade G £14.60 - £15.58 per hour

Hours: 7.5 hours per week, with extra hours if required, term time only

Contract: Fixed term until 31st July 2026

We are looking for a Parent Support Worker as soon as possible.

We are looking to appoint an experienced and motivated Parent Support Worker to join our wonderful team.

To improve the life outcomes and opportunities for the children and their families of Sambourne Primary School through a range of family support interventions and activities.

A brief description of the role:

• To work as part of the pastoral team to deliver provision around parenting skills and focused family support
• To develop the social, emotional and health development of pupils at the school and for their families
• To give targeted individual support to families and carers
• To signpost and support families to access other services as required
