Salary: £45,662 - £48,062 (Inclusive of 10% market supplement)

Hours per week: 37 hours per week

Building Control - Shaping Tomorrow's Communities Today

Join our busy Building Control team and manage daily site inspections, plan checks, and help customers who are undertaking construction projects.

We are proud of the high-quality service that we provide and as a Senior Building Control Surveyor, your focus on public safety will drive your involvement in diverse building projects, guaranteeing compliance with Building Regulations.

We're looking for someone who has significant experience working in Building Control, with a profound understanding of building regulations and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Building Control Surveyor or hold an equivalent qualification, with eligibility for membership in RICS, CABE, CIOB, or a similar recognised organisation and be a Registered Building Inspector.
