Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in our dynamic housing operations service? We are actively seeking a Senior Business Support Officer to contribute to the success of our operations in Salisbury.
Our team plays a crucial role in supporting various business functions within the housing service. From tenancy management and income control to responsive repairs, finance, empty properties management, and asset maintenance, our team is at the forefront of ensuring the seamless delivery of services.
As a Senior Business Support Officer, you will become an integral part of our Systems and Business Support team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support, working collaboratively across functions to maintain a high-quality service to housing teams and customers.
You will be entrusted to make decisions and complete specified duties within the established practices and protocols of the service, with a key focus on streamlining and enhancing office processes.
We are seeking a candidate who brings creativity, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to excellence within the general guidelines, policies, and procedures of the housing service. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent organisational skills and have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with good communication skills.
