Site Leader

Salary: £26,231.09 to £27,856.47 (pro-rata)

Hours of work:

• Monday to Friday (4 or 5 days chosen by candidate)
• Term-time only (school holiday work is available for candidates wanting all year employment)
• 20 to 25 hours per week (decided by candidate)
• 1pm to 6.15pm (earlier finish and start times available)

Contract type: Permanent

All about the role:

The Site Leader is responsible for the running, organisation and development of the assigned after school club provision, including children, staff and visitors to ensure an outstanding service is provided that delights our parents and children and all regulatory requirements are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities: services; safeguarding including Health and Safety; external regulators and awards; leadership and management; and other general duties.
