Property Services - Transforming Spaces and Crafting Excellence
We are searching for skilled, motivated and dependable Carpentry based tradesperson with other various skill sets to carry out repairs and maintenance of our housing stock.
You'll be diving into a mix of tasks, from tackling reactive maintenance to prepping vacant properties for new tenants creating better living spaces for our customers. You will ensure tasks are done right by following instructions and prioritising health and safety. You will utilise a keen eye for detail to assess finished work and ensure it meets the standards set - both in terms of the quality of the workmanship and the service we deliver to tenants.
We invite applications from individuals with City and Guilds or NVQ qualifications, or those with demonstrated experience in construction trades, who are eager to further develop their skills. Preferably, candidates should have a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in construction, with exposure to diverse trade backgrounds.
