- Speedy strawberry and banana breakfast smoothie
If you want to make a healthy start to the year, then it’s important not to skip out on breakfast! If you’re short on time in the morning or you struggle with the idea of eating a proper meal when you’ve just woken up, then this quick and easy breakfast smoothie can be a great alternative.
We’ve used a few popular ingredients, but there’s no reason why you can’t get creative and either substitute some of these or add a few new ones.
Total time: 5 minutes
Serves: 2
Ingredients
- 200ml milk (of your choice)
- 1 banana, chopped
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp honey
- 100g strawberries, chopped
Method
- Put all of the ingredients in a blender for between 30 seconds and 1 minute, or until completely smooth.
- Serve in two glasses and enjoy!
