Located in the Pueblo Salinas housing development, this two-bed apartment has covered parking, communal swimming pools, and tennis courts, and can be sold fully furnished.

Location-wise, it’s ideal for tourism; just a 15-minute drive to the pretty beach of Calas Torre Del Pino, it’s also only half an hour from the nature reserve of Zona de Reserva de Los Castillejos and an hour from Málaga Airport.

There are gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains and sea, as well as Nerja itself. And the apartment is located in a charming complex right beside three pools, a restaurant and a bar. 7. Five-bed country home, Jumilla, €135,000
If you’re looking for a big home with plenty of room for friends and families, then this five-bedroom rural property definitely ticks the box – and at €135,000, you’d be hard pushed to find a similar size property for a better price. Just 10 minutes from lively Jumilla, this quiet home makes a fabulous countryside retreat.
The light-filled lounge has exposed beams and a fireplace, and is ideal for guests to congregate in, while the large kitchen has a handy pantry for storage, and downstairs there’s a small wine cellar. Outside there’s nearly 6,000 square metres of land, and the many olive and almond trees have plenty of business potential. There’s also a big garage and a covered patio at the back of the house.
