Together we’re stronger
This has been a year like no other. With significant strains placed on each and everyone of us as we’re battling not just a health crisis, but increasingly an economic one too.
Whilst there is no doubt that 2020 has been a tremendously difficult year, we remain hopeful that we are finally closer to the end of this dreadful pandemic than the start, and we are cautiously optimistic that things will once again start to feel very different by the time we head into the Spring.
Amongst these challenging times, what is clear is that a sense of community and solidarity have never been more important – and we have continued to be inspired and humbled by the many wonderful stories from our members who are working tirelessly to drive real positive change for themselves and others.
Through these difficult times, our small team has grown to 14 and we now have nearly 400,000 members who are part of the Rest Less community. Behind the scenes, we’ve continued to stand up for the issues that impact our members on a national level and have been regularly speaking with politicians, policy makers and the mainstream media to highlight and push for more to be done – in recent months, we have been invited on to BBC News, Sky News and ITV News amongst others to bring attention to the issues that matter to our members.
Together the Rest Less community is stronger, thanks to the support of every one of you – and for this we owe you a huge thank you. We love to hear from our members – whether to tell us that they particularly enjoyed an article, or to offer constructive feedback on what we can do to improve the site. Please do get in contact with us at [email protected] – it’s what drives us every day to help improve Rest Less and make it a better and more useful place for everyone.
Whatever this festive period may look like for you, we hope you manage to find some time to reflect on the past, to plan for a brighter future – and to get some well earned rest and relaxation.
Thank you.
Stuart, Sara and the Rest Less Team
