Community Clothing Assistant (Supporting our walk-in-wardrobe sessions in Rugby)

Job Description
Our community clothing services provide free clothing for children, young people and families withing child and family centres. Clothing donations are cleaned, sorted and made available, free of charge, to families who use our centres from the local community. The clothing is rotated seasonally, and some outlets provide specialised clothing, such as school uniforms or babywear.
As a community clothing assistant, you will provide a warm welcome to families visiting the centre. You'll provide support to ensure the smooth running of the community clothing service, such as assisting with sign-ins, and helping families with finding appropriate clothing for their child or children. You will also lend a hand with accepting and sorting clothing donations, including sorting donations to be cleaned or passed onto Barnardo's stores.
Rugby Borough Children and Family Service are developing a new Walk-in-Wardrobe session, available from 11:30am - 1:30pm every Wednesday and we're in need of new volunteers to join us as Community Clothing Assistants
Ideally, we are looking for volunteers to support the community clothing service once or twice per week.
