Job Description

On Adviceline, you'll find a volunteer role that can fit around other commitments.

Volunteers receive:

  • Free comprehensive, high quality training

  • An interesting and rewarding experience
  • Agreed Travel expenses.

Become part of a vibrant, dynamic and fun team. You can volunteer in local Citizens Advice offices (days and hours to be agreed), or in our Ashington Hub on any day Monday to Friday, hours flexible between 9am -5pm. No previous experience required. Basic IT skills needed.

You could be advising after 6 months and fully trained after 12 to 18 months, or sooner.
